The EP Fresh Market bakery is led by Brittney Coley, whose love for baking began years ago watching the Food Network and dreaming of life in the kitchen. That dream turned into a true passion in her teenage years, and by 19 she had purchased her very first KitchenAid mixer — a symbol of a journey that’s been rising ever since. After years working as a pastry chef, Brittney brings both experience and heart to everything she creates.

At EP Fresh Market, Brittney will be baking cookies from scratch daily using real, simple ingredients — the kind you recognize and trust. She’ll also be crafting our signature apple pie, a warm, comforting classic made to take home and share. Right now, she’s focused on filling the neighborhood with the smell of fresh-baked goodness and creating sweet moments for families to enjoy.
